Missionaries Vienna and Michael Gutierrez are visionary leaders who have made a significant impact in Guatemala through the Bible training center, Rhema Guatemala. As founders and directors, they have dedicated their lives to spreading the message of faith, hope and love.
The Butler family has invested their lives over the last few years so that more people can know of God’s love through their ministry, Plants and Pillars Project, to Plant a Church and a School! They also do evangelism, discipleship, outreach and sharing with people.
Missionaries: Paul and Jessica Gibson
Objective: To provide care to approximately 2,275 patients by distributing 1,187 eyeglasses, performing 270 outpatient surgeries, offering dental care to 366 individuals, facilitating physiotherapy for 190 patients, and administering vitamin B12 injections to 1,977 people.
Support the consolidation of the Contraste church in Medellín, Colombia, through the purchase of the sound system, which includes a portable system to extend the reach from the church to the city’s schools and penitentiary institutions. In addition, we celebrated Christmas with the children of the Bello Horizonte area (commune 3) by delivering more than 200 gifts.
John and Elsa Powell, a North American and Venezuelan pair, met on the mission field in Caracas in 1995. They married the following year and relocated to Calabozo, Venezuela. Elsa served as John’s interpreter in the local church. After years of traveling with various teams to different countries, they felt the call from God to become pastors of Torre Fuerte Church in Calabozo.
Results of the project: in Brazil 571 people heard about God, 162 people received Jesus as their Lord and Savior and God moved throughout the mission in Brazil with 9 healings. In Amazonas, within the Tikuna community, 547 children received balls and activities; 46 young people who were addicted to drugs began a process in the church; 73 families were visited to preach about Jesus; 83 elderly people were attended in medical brigades, 79 of whom received Jesus; and 130 received prayer.
Pastor Julio Pacheco, with a missionary family background, and his wife Jenny, along with their children Sara, Matias, and Emanuel, carry out a range of activities. These include gospel preaching, aiding pastors and families in the jungle, and organizing initiatives for children and youth
Josie is an American missionary who devoted her life to Jesus at 16 and embarked on her first mission trip to Peru at 17. She later attended Rhema Bible School to deepen her knowledge of God’s Word. Between 2012 and 2015, at just 25, Josie journeyed to the border of Peru and Brazil to serve the Ticuna community in Tabatinga, Amazonas.
The biggest dream as missionaries is for the African continent to change through the Word of God and for redemption to become a reality in society. They want the Gospel to have a transforming effect on the way people live, so that we can see them come out of poverty, begin to develop their own countries and communities, and become world-class leaders in all industries and institutions of society.
The Fischer family has been developing evangelism and social support activities in Hong Kong and China for approximately 20 years. It is based at the Faith Family Church in Hong Kong from where they implement activities such as supporting and conducting mission trips to mainland China, composed of teams from Hong Kong and the U.S.
Ekkehard Hornburg is a full-time missionary who, for more than 11 years, has had a Wordlwide Evangelism ministry, and travels to Ethiopia on a monthly basis to conduct evangelistic crusades in the most remote areas of the country.
His Brazilian missionary couple have dedicated their lives to Jesus for more than 15 years. They are both graduates of the Rhema Bible training school in Brazil. More than 10 years ago they decided to go to the United Kingdom where they supported the work of verbo de vida in the areas of music, diaconate, preaching the word, but above all, evangelism.
Daniel is Brazilian and has been on the mission field for the last 8 years serving God in Uganda where he arrived in 2013. He graduated from Rhema Brazil Bible school in 2009 and trained in missions in 2011. In 2013 he went to Uganda as a base country where he would be involved in missions for the last 9 years.
Objective: to visit and support an orphanage in Kenya with more than xx children. Took the gospel to more than eight schools, organizations and orphanages. Received the first team of volunteers from Colombia to support the work for the first Tree House project in Uganda, to evangelize and disciple. Work was carried out to improve infrastructure, house walls and supports for greater security of the houses.
The Buena Semilla Foundation began 26 years ago with a group of young people from a church. As part of their activities, they visited a child who lived in the Egypt neighborhood and was in serious health condition. This showed them the degree of need in that community.
This missionary is based in Thailand, where they are doing heroic work saving children from human trafficking, and in general from the exploitation of children. For several years they have been reaching out to thousands of children with the aim of raising a generation that can break the chains of child trafficking and exploitation.
Missionaries Josh and Hannah Adams are visionary leaders who have made a significant impact in Brazil through their ministry called UNIDOS. Focused on bringing Revival, Revelation and Relationships, they have dedicated themselves to transforming lives and communities in Rio de Janeiro.
Holy Land Missions was founded in 1979 by the Khoury family. Their inspiration goes back to the time they spent growing up in Jerusalem and Bethlehem, among the suffering Arab Christian communities, in times of poverty and war.
