WHAT GOD IS DOING IN THE CARIBBEAN
God has enabled an ongoing ministry to be established in 6 of Cuba’s 16 provinces, carrying out evangelistic campaigns, leadership diploma programs, children’s ministry, pastoral care, and the strengthening of local churches.
Healthy growth has been evident in the churches, not only in attendance but also in the development of leaders, volunteers, and ministry teams committed to the work of the Lord.
More than 200 ministers have been trained through Children’s Ministry and Helps Ministry diploma programs, equipping them to serve with greater excellence and strengthen ministry within their local churches.
Pastoral care, discipleship, and the provision of ministry resources continue to strengthen pastors and churches across different provinces, fostering healthy ministry and a long-term vision for the Kingdom.
Bible Schools are bearing fruit by raising up a new generation of children and young people who are passionate about Jesus. Families, teachers, and pastors have witnessed significant changes in their lives, including a deeper love for God’s Word, greater discipline, and stronger commitment to the local church.
God continues to open doors for unity and collaboration among pastors and leaders from different denominations, making it possible to work together for the advancement of God’s Kingdom throughout Cuba.
PRAYER REQUESTS
Pray that God will continue opening doors in new provinces across Cuba and that more churches will embrace sound biblical doctrine, developing a culture of discipleship, evangelism, and leadership training.
Pray for strength, wisdom, favor, and protection for the pastors, leaders, missionaries, and everyone currently serving in this ministry, as well as for those whom God will add to the work in the future.
Pray that God will raise up a committed, year-round missionary team to provide ongoing support, encouragement, and continuity to the ministry.
Pray for God’s provision of the $1,500 in monthly support needed to sustain the ministry, internal travel, leadership training, pastoral care, and ministry activities throughout the provinces.
Pray for God’s favor with the authorities as steps are taken toward establishing a permanent ministry presence in Cuba, opening the way for residency and long-term service.
Pray for the provision of a 17-passenger van to transport children, youth, pastors, leaders, and ministry teams to evangelistic campaigns, Bible Schools, and training events across the island.
Pray for the National Youth Gathering in May 2027, asking God to provide the resources needed for transportation, meals, and lodging for young people traveling from different provinces, and that it would be a powerful time of revival, calling, and commissioning.
Pray that Bible Schools will continue to be established throughout different provinces, equipping children, youth, and adults to become mature disciples, rooted in God’s Word, filled with the Holy Spirit, and prepared to impact Cuba with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
