What God did in Amazonas bears your mark!
On July 22, we embarked on a journey to a region that has always been close to the heart of I AM HELP: the Amazon.
A team of 18 people traveled through communities in Colombia, Brasil, and Peru. En Colombia, visitamos Leticia, Kilómetro 6, Arara y Nazaret; en Brasil, Tabatinga, el río Yavari y Atalaia; y en Perú, Caballo Cocha y Santa Rosa de Loreto.
The mission focused on evangelism, supporting indigenous communities, delivering food parcels, healing and miracle crusades, and working with children and young people. In total, we traveled 2,644 kilometers : 2,223 by plane, 42 by car, 340 by boat, and 39 by feet.
During this time, the Good News was shared, God's love was spread in practical ways, and support was given to missionaries who, for years, have been sowing seeds in this region, strengthening local churches, and being a light in the midst of the jungle.
The impact was evident both on each team member and on the communities visited. God's faithfulness was tangibly demonstrated in transformed lives, testimonies, and doors that continue to open in this part of the world.
The Amazon continues to be fertile ground for God's work, and every effort invested there will continue to leave its mark for generations to come.
